Triathletes will begin the morning with a 750 meter swim in the Schuylkill River while duathlon participants will have a mass start for their first run of 2 miles.

Both races share the same bike course, which is two 8.5-mile loops on a closed course around Philadelphia's historic Art Museum and along the banks of the river. Both races will conclude with a flat and fast 3.1-mile out and back run. The entire race is very, very spectator friendly.
