Ladies this is the year that you say "Yes, I can!

We invite you, your friends, your moms, your grandmoms, everyone to join us for an event that will change your life. We welcome you back for a monumental day to celebrate your freedom, your strength ~ You!

Once again help us get as many women as possible to experience the multi-sport life and more importantly empower themselves to change their lives.

First timers or experienced athletes, this is the race for you. We provide all women a variety of training sessions so you can reach your goal. In addition to the great goodies you get as a race participant and the SUPER party afterwards, this race will change the way you look at yourself and your life – EVERYDAY.

It's not just a race - it's the biggest celebration in the area honoring incredible women doing incredible things.

RACE AMENITIES

All participants receive lots of great “swag” including, Custom Finishers Medal, stylish t-shirts, a TYR swag bag and commemorative water bottle from Keswick Cycle.
Enjoy soothing After Race Massages, loads of raffle prizes and plenty of fun when you cross the finish line!
Join us for the complimentary After Race SPA-rty featuring massages, mimosa's & music!
Tri Club Corner is an area, right in the heart of it all, we provide to tri clubs for; 1) "tailgating" - a central location for the members to meet, socialize, have fun and 2) provide club information to prospective new members. Space is limited in this area. To reserve your spot in the Club Corner email mredrow@cgiracing.com.

While you race be sure to have your family stop by this fun and interactive area that will entertain and inspire your young ones while they wait for you to come into the final stretch! Just to name a few things they will experience;

*Most activities are free however we ask that you consider making a donation to the local charity manning each station.

The Philadelphia Women's Triathlon is proud to partner with Team Survivor TriState once again this year. TST is an outstanding non-profit organization that provides free exercise, health education, and support programs for all women affected by cancer. These programs are open to women of all ages and fitness levels and in all stages of cancer treatment and recovery.
