Pre-Race PEP RALLY - Michele Redrow, race director, leads the Rally with a brief welcome and pep talk followed by "Rules of the Race"; an informative pre race meeting. This meeting is strongly recommended for first timers. The Rally closes with a memorable surprise - guaranteed to get you "pumped" for the race.
